What it does
Finds the cause, not the symptom
It correlates an alert with the logs, the last deploy and the errors around it before it says anything.
Fixes through reviewed changes
A fix is a pull request against the infrastructure code, with the evidence attached, never a silent change on a server.
Cleans up error noise
Every recurring error ends up fixed, handled in code or explicitly ignored with a reason, so the error board means something.
